The TWCCF(Theresa Wang Chinese Culture Foundation) is a non-profited foundation and was approved by US IRS to offer income tax deduction benefits for every donation made to the foundation. The direct political contribution may not tax-deductible and TWCCF would play middle stop for the benefit of tax deduction of donators.

德增基金是非营利性基金会，并获得了美国国税局（IRS）的批准，可为向基金会的每笔捐款提供所得税减免优惠。直接的政治捐款可能无法免税，德增基金将为捐赠者的税前扣除起到中间作用。

The goal of the TWCCF is to improve US-China relationship at this most critical time. It is the sincere hope of TWCCF that many civic minds and capable Chinese Americans engage in US politic allandscape. And the Board of the Theresa Wang Chinese Culture Foundation promises to fully support every effort.

An equally important goal of the TWCCF is to preserve the Chinese Culture Heritage which has more than 5000 years of history.  It is the backbone of many success stories and magnificent achievements of Chinese immigrants in this beautiful Country. Equally Chinese immigrants have made significant contributions to all walks of American life and society. Extended efforts will be made by TWCCF to teach and discuss Chinese values in the forms of lectures associated with Chinese language learning and celebrations of Chinese holidays and festivals. Additionally, bare minimum rents will be charged for using TWCCF facilities to conduct the teaching and practices of various Chinese activities.  In the future, all cultural activities of different origins will be welcome to utilize TWCCF locations with the same rental benefits.

TWCCF同样重要的目标是保护具有5000多年历史的中国文化遗产。它是这个美丽国家的许多成功故事和华人移民成就的支柱。同样，中国移民为美国生活和社会的各个方面做出了重要贡献。 TWCCF将加大力度，通过与汉语学习相关的讲座和中国节日和节日的庆祝活动来教授和讨论中国价值观。此外，使用TWCCF设施进行各种中文活动的教学和实践将收取最低的最低租金。将来，将欢迎来自不同来源的所有文化活动利用具有相同租金收益的TWCCF场所。
